Accompanying Uzbek dealers, listening to the genuine voices of tractor users
Together with the tractor dealers, we visited the rural fields across Tashkent and Samarkand regions, went to the users' operation sites, had face-to-face communication with the end users, deeply understood the actual performance of the tractorss under the local climate and soil conditions, collected usage feedback and future demands, and continuously optimized the products and upgraded the services in the future.
This visit with the dealers in Uzbekistan not only enabled us to directly observe the advantages and adaptation pain points of the products in local agricultural production, but also made us deeply feel the urgent need of users for efficient and durable agricultural equipment. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the timeliness of services, assist dealers in reserving more spare parts, and help users solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
