Dealers are an important bridge connecting enterprises and the market, and they are also the core force driving brand development. To further deepen the strategic cooperation with dealers in Uzbekistan and enhance the efficiency of market service response, we recently held a deep service negotiation with the Uzbek dealer team. The negotiation focused on key issues such as market demand, service support, and cooperation upgrade, injecting new energy into the coordinated development of both sides.

 

This negotiation centered on "precise demand matching and efficient empowerment support". Both sides communicated candidly and deeply analyzed the consumption characteristics and channel pain points of the Uzbek market. The Uzbek dealer team, based on the local market reality, shared customer feedback, after-sales demands, and channel expansion difficulties encountered during product sales. Our side, leveraging the company's resource advantages, provided solutions and support commitments for each of the dealer's requests.

 

In terms of service support, we have clarified the cooperation principle of "timely response and precise measures". Regarding the issue of parts delivery timeliness, both sides negotiated to optimize the logistics chain and establish a dedicated warehousing and allocation mechanism to ensure the rapid delivery of parts to the terminal. For after-sales service, our side will form a dedicated technical service team to provide a support model combining online remote guidance and offline regular on-site training, helping dealers improve their after-sales handling capabilities.
